All Access Fest is a career fair with a music industry twist. Our organization invites young people to follow their dreams of a career in the music industry, both on and off stage, by discovering opportunities and mapping pathways to success. Part of the discovery is finding out you can have a career in the industry without having to sing, dance, rap, etc. Young people can use their love of music and culture to secure jobs with the industry that includes, marketing, finance, hospitality, production, photograph/videography, artist management/development, venue management and much more! This half-day festival includes industry inspired  panels,  hands-on stations,  resources,  local employers, colleges/universities and more. All Access Festival is a public event that targets ages 15-22 years old.

This is an opportunity for young people who are eager and curious to secure internships, jobs, and other next step opportunities that will allow them to pursue their dreams in the industry.
